Relating to the deeper parts of ourselves and other people is one of the most special experiences that life has to offer- and it also comes with many challenges. Finding new tools and avenues to explore connection can be tricky to learn alone. All The Feels supports folks in expanding their emotional vocabulary and building an array of fun and connective skills to be able to create more fulfilling relationships, feel closer to your true self, and your place in the world.

I tailor each person or couple’s relationship coaching experience to their specific needs. Everyone’s experience, especially when it comes to relating to self and others, is very uniquely their own. Therefore, the challenges one faces and skills to learn will be specifically explored and identified. This will include building skills around connection, communication, personal identity, exploring desires and setting boundaries. All in all, this practice allows us to feel lots of feelings and have lots of fun :)
All the Feels Relationship Coaching is based off of the Somatica Institute methodology. Focusing on the importance of connecting the mental brain, physical body, and emotional body. I focus on supporting folks from more marginalized communities with a variety of social identities and backgrounds. I also accept clients who do not fit into these specific identities.

I have over a decade of lived experience and personal study with Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) and Polyamory. I specialize in helping folks who are interested in exploring opening their current relationships, understanding their identity as a single person, or navigating current CNM or Polyamrous relationships of all forms.
